Studio Policy
Please Read Before Booking
Non-refundable deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required after confirmation to lock in the session. Deposits cannot be canceled, reversed, or moved for no-shows.
Your time starts when booked
The session starts at the booked time. If you arrive late, the session still ends at the original end time and will not be extended.
Max 8-10 People
Keep sessions focused. Please do not bring more than 8-10 people unless 22K approves it before the session.
New booking, new deposit
If you do not show up for a confirmed session, a new booking request and a new non-refundable deposit are required.
